The total volume, including the list of sources, should be within 1 author sheet (no more than 40,000 characters with spaces).

The title of article
The Article title should be no more than ten words and accurately reflect the subject, content and subject of the study.
The center alignment in bold uppercase letters. It is given in three languages.

Abstract
The abstract serves as a summary of an article. The abstract volume is 200–250 words. In it is necessary to consistently identify the components:
1) Introduction: statement of a study's scientific problem and aim.
2) Methods: information about the study methodology and the sequence of its implementation.
3) Results and Discussion: presentation of specific author's research results and their analysis.
4) Conclusion: general conclusions about the study, indication of the practical significance and prospects of the study.
Abstract should be written in an impersonal form. Its text is stated in a science-intensive, convincing and fascinating way. It is necessary to emphasize novelty of the study, originality of the sources, originality of an approach to the subject, as well as contribution of the author to the scientific line development.
Phrases like "the author believes..." should be avoided. In addition, the abstract must specify names without abbreviations to initials.
Text alignment by width. The abstract is given in three languages and is aligned in width.

Keywords
Keywords (phrases) are the search image of a scientific article and are given in exact sequence as they appear in the abstract. They should reflect main provisions, achievements, results, terminology of the scientific study. The recommended number of keywords is 5–10.
They are given in three languages (after an abstract in the relevant language) and are aligned in width.

The article text, structured according to the journal rules 
A scientific problem is to be posed, the relevance, the purpose and its relationship with the study objectives must be indicated in the article's text. An author needs to have the arguments of the publication main idea, its difference from other studies on the designated problem. It is necessary to pay attention to the introduction into scientific circulation of new information, facts, conclusions, recommendations, etc. The author should indicate the methodological approaches in the proposed study, justify the process of organizing the experiment and the applied techniques.
An author can compare his study with previous works in this field of other researchers, which will allow to detect and reveal the novelty of the work, carried out, give it objectivity.
It is necessary to present the results of analytics and statistics of the study proposed in Saryn, there is a problem or an aim hypothesis to be proved here. If necessary, you can provide author's illustrations (tables, graphs, figures) that provide evidence of the results, but do not duplicate the information already provided in the text. The results should contain sufficient information to evaluate the conclusions reached.
All the names, signatures and structural elements of graphs, tables, diagrams are made in three languages.
In the conclusion, it is important to formulate in a concise form the study results, the main conclusions on the work practical part. It is necessary to compare the obtained results with the aim, indicated at the beginning of the work, to offer recommendations and prospects for research in the line. It is also possible to indicate the expected development forecast of the questions posed by the author and ways to solve them.
The text is to be given in the original language of the article and is aligned in width.

List of Sources
The list should include the latest scientific literature, as well as the works from the journals included in the Scopus and Web of Science databases at the time of writing the article.
The formatting rules for the List of Sources and References should be given due attention and as accurately as possible present the output information of the cited sources, including specifying the links corresponding to the source. The city of the publication is to be indicated in full, including London, St. Petersburg, etc.
The text is aligned in width and is to be given in the article original language.

References
References are mandatory for Russian and Kazakh language works. If the article is in English, only References are to be submitted. Transliteration must be done in accordance with the ISO 9000 standard. For more details, see the Rules for the design of the List of Sources and References.
