Abstract
In an interview with T. K. Dzhumalieva and G. Zh. Musagulova with the rector of the Kurmangazy Kazakh national Conservatory, Honored worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. A. Zhudebayev, important strategic issues of musical art and education are considered, in particular, the main achievements of the leading educational cluster of the Republic. In the process of communication, important components of the presented educational institution are identified, as well as important processes aimed at further fruitful development of numerous specialties in the context of performing and scientific-educational formats.
The authors provide information about the participation of teaching staff, students, undergraduates and doctoral students of all departments in prestigious International and National competitions, festivals, symposiums, master classes, internships and other events. Among them are professional development at leading music universities in Austria, Spain, Norway, Russia, Azerbaijan, and many others, which contributes to the promotion of musicologists, managers, and performers to the world level. Information is also given about their participation in joint master classes with well-known foreign performers, the main goal of which is to improve their pedagogical skills. Among them - the third international chamber music festival «Camerata Tempo», the international festival «III STRING MUSIC FESTIVAL», the international festival of creative youth «ZHASTAR» and many others.
The interview describes the results of the international project «Erasmus+», which finances the Eurasian and European Union, where the Kazakh national Conservatory named after Kurmangazy is among the participants. The initiative of the students themselves is brought to the fore with the active support of the Conservatory administration, which leads to fruitful results.
