Archiving

Saryn international peer-reviewed journal comprehensively contributes to authors for the distribution of published materials and the expansion of the readership, including through the publication of articles on the journal’s official social networks (Telegram, Instagram, Facebook).

The journal adheres to an open access policy, which affects the search and citation of an author published article by other researchers. Therefore, the journal itself and the repositories where it’s archived and printed copies are stored are an essential component of the process of scholar communication between Saryn researchers and the international community.

The Saryn’s editorial board does not prevent its authors from posting published materials on other repositories. The journal’s authors can upload to an independent repository or a repository at an organization affiliated with them. An article, published in co-authorship, can be placed in a repository, even if the co-authors have placed it in repositories of other organizations.

Interaction with other repositories makes it possible to increase readership and quoting audience, give colleagues and students the opportunity to familiarize themselves with research, to acquire like-minded people and new opportunities.

In order to protect manuscripts from being misappropriated by unscrupulous authors, links to DOI or links to the website of the Saryn journal, where the initial version of the article is published, should be indicated. This will allow you to prove your right to develop and the publication date.

Archived copies of Saryn journal articles are stored in two repositories of the institution:

1. The Electronic Library of Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory

2. The Saryn’s page on the official website of Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory

In addition, Saryn is stored in the printed version in the library of the Conservatory and the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in the electronic database of the National Center of Science and Technology Evaluation.
